Delivery Information

Orders are delivered in two slots; Morning slot is from 11AM - 3PM. Afternoon slot is from 4PM-9PM. You may select the slot most suitable for you. Contact us if you require a specific time for delivery and we will try our best to meet it. Express orders are delivered within two hours. Same day deliveries are accepted to orders placed before 4PM.

There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has been prepared.

During rush days like Mother's Day or Eid, delivery delays may occur and specific time deliveries are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for checking that all delivery information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once a package has been sent for delivery, the address cannot be altered. If the customer is unsure about the delivery location, you may select "Contact Receiver for Delivery Details" at check out and our team will find out the address.

During the product delivery of any order, if the recipient is not available in the address specified by the sender or if the address is incorrect or if the recipient chooses to decline the order or the recepient is not answering, the order shall not be delivered to anywhere else. For such orders, Ivy offers no refund to the sender as the order has already been prepared and sent out for delivery. The sender will be informed that the delivery was not successfull and the sender can pick up the item from the associated branch or have it delivered to another address with an additional delivery fee.

Ivy is not responsible for delays due to weather, mechanical error, natural disasters or inaccurate delivery information and theft at customers' location after delivery.
